非常超預期，外觀古樸，內部新潮；大堂休息吧小食24小時供應很貼心，酒店餐食也很有水準，我們孩子腸胃不舒服2天都在酒店裡用餐安心多了；床品是亞麻的，很舒適。河景房視野很美，能遠眺富維耶山頂教堂。如果要延遲退房額外付錢就可以。

酒店好新，如資料顯示是3019年全新裝修的，樓下一層好大的餐廳，24小時有免費咖啡，朱古力機，隨便喝，還有小吃和水果。房間也相當的大和新，非常好的體驗

The Okko hotel staff went above and beyond to help us when we lost our passport and had to cancel one night of hotel stay to go to Paris embassy. They were understanding, let us use our room charge to purchase items from their store and helped us translate and speak to individuals. I’m very impressed and the club amenities were convenient with free flow drinks and snacks. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Lyon!
